Our company was formed -  Awarded Shell GameChanger grant to answer questions around the efficiency and cost of thermal energy collection and transfer.

After months of intensive teamwork a small scale concept was proven.

 

We were awarded DECC EEF grant

and won a place on 'Clean & Cool Mission'.

World's largest heat mat built. Currently as big as 6000mm x 400mm. Our energy roof was built and tested.

Our refrigeration concept was given the green light after extensive research and testing.

As part of a development collaboration granted Faraday technology grant to prove the viability of the Flint Heat Mat as efficient way of cooling Automotive battery packs.

 

Start collaboration with leading Chinese manufacturing company to evaluate the Flint refrigeration shelf.

Member of European consortium given over €10M under the EU horizon 2020 scheme to install the Flint Heat Mat on 7 demonstration sites across Europe.

 

Store trials in Chinese supermarkets deliver significant energy savings and more consistent product temperatures.

Awarded a Faraday 3 grant to take the lessons learned under the Faraday 1 grant and build a full size battery pack suitable for large commercial vehicles.

 

UK store trials demonstrate better temperature consistency

 

New building panels 1.8m by 3m developed for H2020 project.
